In theory for 10 people!
Forces at anchor:
Always use a shock absorber in the lifeline that limits the forces to 6 kN (600 kg).
How much force will be applied at an anchor in the event of a fall?
For one person falling, a maximum of 6 kN will be applied.
For any one more person 1kN is added.
A safety factor of 1.5 still needs to be added.
- 1 person: 6 kN * 1.5 = 9 kN
- 2 people: (6 + 1) kN * 1.5 = 10.5 kN
- 3 people: (6 + 2) kN * 1.5 = 12 kN
- 4 people: (6 + 3) kN * 1.5 = 13.5 kN
The Nedersafe Anchor Point has been tested and approved for loads up to 25 kN.
In theory this corresponds to 10 people.
ATTENTION: A check must always be carried out by a manufacturer!
